PMI-CPMAI
The 21-hour PMI-CPMAI training provides knowledge and skills to prepare for the exam and manage AI projects effectively. It starts with AI fundamentals and builds knowledge for managing AI initiatives from a project management perspective. Topics include business alignment, data needs and preparation, iterative development, testing and evaluation, and operationalizing AI. No prior work experience, technical knowledge, AI experience, certifications, or prerequisites are required to enroll and take the exam.
