AI Design Sprint
This two-day program takes cross-functional teams from strategic intent to a validated AI prototype tested for desirability, feasibility, and business value within an organizational context. Teams align around a challenge, explore constraints, sketch solutions, select a concept, and prototype and test it with real users. Teams refine or iterate the prototype based on testing insights. No AI experience is required.
