SAFe AI-Empowered POPM
This two-day certification course focuses on performing the Product Owner/Product Manager role in the Agile Release Train. It covers breaking down Epics into Features and Stories, managing backlogs, leveraging AI, and planning and executing Iterations and Planning Intervals.
