Improving Flow with Value Stream Mapping
This hands-on workshop uses Lean thinking and value stream mapping to help participants make work visible and improve the flow of value. Participants map a real or representative workflow, examine systemic constraints and waste, and design a small, measurable improvement experiment. The four modules cover work visualization, flow constraints, flow improvement, and responsible use of flow measures, with guided mapping, peer discussion, and individual action design.
