COURSE · PHASE 1
Foundations of Artificial Intelligence
Foundations of Artificial Intelligence is a two-day programme that connects AI concepts and evolving capabilities with hands-on prompting and responsible organisational use. Participants work through a continuous fictional Bank case, exploring ethics, bias, privacy, human oversight, agile learning, cross-functional collaboration, business value, and strategy alignment. The learning approach combines explanation, discussion, scenario analysis, prompt practice, and facilitated reflection. No technical AI background is required.
