COURSE · PHASE 2

AI and Human Judgment

This practical, scenario-led workshop helps professionals decide when to rely on AI, verify or override its recommendations, or avoid using it. Built for Banking organisations, participants work with a fictional bank team using AI-assisted customer-case triage. The course focuses on independent human judgment, decision boundaries, learning from actual outcomes, and organisational conditions that support responsible decisions. It does not cover technical AI implementation or tool selection.
